  1. About Us

JOYKNIT.CA is operated by 1001402435 ONTARIO LTD, trading as JOYKNIT (“we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store.

Please review these Terms before placing an order. Our store is hosted on Shopify, but your purchases are made from JOYKNIT.

  1. Website Use

You must have the legal capacity to place an order or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your login details secure.

You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activities, unauthorized access or activities that interfere with its operation.

  1. Product Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Please check product descriptions, materials, sizing and care instructions before purchasing.

Minor display differences do not excuse a material difference between the product received and its description. All products are subject to availability.

  1. Prices and Payments

The applicable currency, taxes, shipping fees and total payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement. Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer.

  1. Orders and Cancellations

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud or a material pricing or product-description error. If an issue affects your order, we will notify you. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated charges that no longer apply.

To request a change or cancellation, email info@joyknit.ca as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

  1. Shipping and Returns

Shipping options, charges and available delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Please contact us if your order is delayed, damaged or missing so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

  1. Privacy and Intellectual Property

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information. Placing an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional emails.

Our name, logo, original text, images and other protected website content belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

  1. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim locally that apply where you live remain unaffected.

  1. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively. Unless required by law or agreed with you, existing orders remain subject to the Terms and policies in effect when they were placed.
